Spring Seed Saving

Now that we have our seed house up and running we have started saving seed for next season’s crops. You will see plants tied with a ribbon or netted to grow the seed, please don’t pick any flowers, seeds or leaves from plants marked in this way. Through seed saving we are hoping to make the garden more sustainable and develop crops that are adapted to our microclimate.
